IMPORT – EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

We have three growth engines primarily EXIM Portal, Solutions and Knowledge

You will be working on our Digital EXIM Portal for Export-Import Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, Preparing Export Invoice, Packing List, Tracking Shipment, Letter of Credit, Coordination with Overseas Buyers, Cha, Freight Forwarders & Shipping Agents.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for handling Imports/ exports/ shipping Operations
  • Liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with
  • Respective Factory/ Customer/ Forwarder/ Carrier / CHA s
  • Preparation of Pre-Shipment/Post-Shipment documentation in EXIM Portal
  • Knowledge of L/ c Documentation for Import and Export & coordinate banker for the Same
  • Container Planning and Tracking
  • Attend and monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries
  • Coordinate with Local and Overseas Suppliers, Forwarders, Transporters, and Warehouse On
  • Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods
  • Knowledge of MEIS/DGFT license
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Expert in Excel and MS Office
  • Responsible for Account Payables and Receivables
